Terms and Conditions as of 22nd June 2021
Following the COVID-19 shutdown period, vakantie-terms turkije’s of service to clients are set forth. As a result of the COVID-19 epidemic, we have made changes to our regular operating procedures.
Prior to arranging any vakantie-turkije therapy, please ensure you have read and completely comprehended them.
Deposit and Cancellation Terms All consultations, including free ones, need a £25/£50 deposit. Please call us 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. The clinic will keep the money if the clinic does not get the full notice. In this way, we can manage our schedule and accommodate another patient. Alternatively, you can use your deposit to pay for a treatment or product. In the event that a nurse/practitioner recommends therapy, the £25 fee will be refunded to the client. Booking All consultations and single treatments need a non-refundable deposit of £25/£50, which is returned if you cancel, or subtracted from the total cost of the consultation or treatment if you arrive and pay the balance. Update on COVID-19
This policy will remain in place, but if you have COVID-19 symptoms, please call us as soon as possible on 070 6788 8937 to reschedule.
Appointments and cancellations
- No one at vakantie-turkije is guaranteed to stay with a certain doctor, nurse, or therapist.
- No-shows should call 070 6788 8937 as soon as possible. We must be notified 48 hours before to your scheduled appointment to avoid charges. Without 48 hours notice, your value bundle or deposit will be forfeited.
- Please be aware that some preparation may be necessary prior to your consultation. You may be charged more if you fail to follow the guidelines.
Visits (COVID-19)
- Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow for social distance.
- If you come with signs of COVID 19, we retain the right to cancel or postpone your appointment.
- The clinic will include a controlled entrance system to regulate patient flow. In addition, our waiting rooms will need to be capped. A clinic may ask you to wait in your car until your practitioner arrives if the clinic hits its social distance capacity.
- If you are late for your appointment, you may be charged a reduced fee or lose In the event of a last-minute cancellation or postponement, vakantie-turkije will contact you to inform you of the cancellation or postponement.
- Preparation for therapy reduces interaction time with your practitioner.
- Face Treatments Prior to treatment, remove all makeup
- Laser hair removal or tattoo removal: Prior to treatment, shave and hair removal
- This includes donning a mask (which will be supplied upon arrival), taking your temperature, and hand-sanitising.
- We ask that you come to the clinic alone to support our Safety Charter and allow for social distance. Please contact the Clinic Manager if you require another adult to attend.
Credit card details, deposits and payments
- Vakantie-turkije requires a deposit to confirm an appointment.
- To arrange a doctor’s appointment, a £50 deposit is required.
- A £25 deposit is required to reserve a nurse or therapist appointment.
- Individual treatments valued up to £350 require a £25 deposit, while those valued over £350 require a £50 deposit. Deposits can be used to pay for treatments or saved for future treatments. The client forfeits the money after 12 months of inactivity.
- Clients scheduling appointments from their existing value package of treatments will not be charged these surcharges.
- Prices vary by clinic. Prices are listed on the clinic’s website or may be obtained by contacting the facility.
- To eliminate cash handling, please pay by card or contactless.
Courses of treatments
- Pre-payment is required for all courses of treatments. Unless otherwise specified, all treatment courses (excluding tattoo removal*) must be used within 12 months after purchase. Not used within 24 months after purchase are forfeited.
- The first two sessions of a laser hair removal course must be made in the facility where the course was purchased.
- Value packs are only refundable in medical cases. You will be refunded the difference between the total course price and the full list price of all already taken treatments, including any charges for non-attendance.
- All pre-paid COVID-19 treatment packages will be extended by the same amount.
Treatment suitability
- Before beginning any treatment, we will evaluate your suitability and likelihood of success. If not, we’ll explain why. Only the initial consultation fee is your responsibility.
- Pre-treatment medical information must be provided by the customer to vakantie-turkije. Covidion-19 (COVID-19) is a virus that causes diarrhoea and vomiting.
- Follow the official standards and notify us if you or a member of your household experience COVID-19 symptoms or tests positive 14 days after your appointment.
- Do not visit the clinic if you are in the government’s at-risk category during COVID-19.
Liability
- If you have any questions about our policy, please contact us.
- Pre-treatment COVID-19 risk consent form reading and signing is necessary. Without your signed agreement, we cannot treat you.
- The Safety Charter is required for your own and others’ safety.
- Pre-treatment medical information must be provided by the customer to vakantie-turkije. Damages resulting from the client’s failure to provide such facts are not covered under vakantie-turkije.
- On behalf of vakantie-turkije, the customer undertakes to follow all care instructions and/or suggestions given to them. Vakantie-liability turkije’s for death or personal harm caused by its carelessness is not limited by these provisions.
Your right to complain
- vakantie-turkije strives to serve all customers equally and respectfully. If you have a problem with your treatment at vakantie-turkije, you can complain in person, by phone, or in writing. If you need help filing a complaint, vakantie-turkije will gladly assist you.
- The person who originally receives the complaint will inform the Clinic Manager or their nominee. You will be notified within three working days if an inquiry is ongoing and a response is forthcoming.
- Non-medical complaints will be addressed by the Clinic Manager and their Regional Manager.
- If your complaint is about your care, you may be required to see the practitioner or another member of the clinic’s medical staff, including the Medical Director. This is to explain or address your concerns. sk:n intends to respond fully within 20 working days, or provide an explanation for the delay.
- Unsatisfied complainants are forwarded to a Senior Management member. If the issue is about service, it’s usually the Regional Director. If it’s a clinical issue, it’s the Head of Medical Standards. The complaint will be examined within 20 working days and a final written answer will be issued. If the investigation takes longer than expected, you will be notified.
